Our experienced team will take care of registration, re-registration, change from private to commercial status and name change, as well as guide you through any compliance and safety protocols required.
CREWING
The right Captain and crew is crucial, not only for the vessels and your safety, but also your enjoyment. At SEFTHIS, we work closely with you and your captain to provide the best crewing strategy. Once the captain and crew are in place, we manage the relationship and create contracts, manage payroll and liaise to provide travel, medical and liability insurance.
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION
Managing a superyacht or villa is like running a business. SEFTHIS provides forecasting and budget management, cashflow management, setting up of payroll schemes and more.
All financial matters are handles in-house. You can expect to receive monthly customised accounts with an expenditure breakdown, highlighting supplier payments and captain’s credit card outgoings.
MAINTENANCE & REFITS
We will source, procure and fit parts at any location in the world. Due to our extensive network of engineers, we can troubleshoot and direct local engineers to quickly fix any issues, following the latest regulations.
Superyachts or villas, like all assets require continual attention to ensure maximum enjoyment and commerciality. SEFTHIS covers the need of an on-site trusted representative with strong knowledge & commercial sense to make day-to-day decision through the refit process.
